MARRIAGE THERAPY, also called couples counseling, can help couples in all types of intimate relationships recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Some couples seek marriage counseling to strengthen their bonds and gain a better understanding of each other. Marriage counseling can also help couples who plan to get married. Issues that can be addressed include communication, sexual difficulties, conflicts about parenting, finances, anger, infidelity, divorce, or you and your loved one's specific needs.
ANGER MANAGEMENT is a process of learning to recognize signs that you are becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a positive manner. Anger management doesn't try to keep you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when you know how to express it appropriately. Anger management is about learning how to do this. We offer anger management for adults and teens.
