My passion is helping people to heal from traumatic or stressful events. I help my clients, who include children, teens, adults, and senior citizens, to change their perspective and increase self-compassion and self care so they can heal their whole self.
No single approach works for everyone, so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Nutritional Interventions. I am also a facilitator Parenting the Love and Logic Way.
My educational background includes a BSW from University of Wyoming and an AA in Women’s Studies from Casper College.
